How to Book

Step 1. Sign up or log in

For new users a one-time sign up or registration is required. Click the sign-up button at the top left hand corner of the page. Login before you begin your booking.

Step 2. Find service of your choice

Find the service of your choice by entering your destination. Use the filters to narrow your search.

Step 3. Book or message the service provider

Click “Book now” button to book your choice of service, or use the message button to ask questions you may have or to confirm availability. In cases where you see book, the booking will not be confirmed until the service provider approves it. You will receive an email advising you that the booking is pending confirmation and that you will receive an email once the booking is confirmed or rejected.

Your personal contact information is kept private until after your booking/reservation has been made to protect your privacy.

The provider/vendor has 24 hours to respond else the booking expires after 24 hours. You will also receive an email to inform you that the booking has expired.

If you see a booking labelled “book now”, there is no approval needed. In that case clicking book now will confirm your booking immediately.
